After dropping out of university to pursue our passion for food, we wanted to emulate the simple but stunning pasta dishes we'd experienced around Italy, but seen little of in the UK. Through our experience working in kitchens and exposure to the restaurant industry, we knew it was about time to shake-up the public's perception of what pasta is all about.
Combining fresh pasta with our take on classic Italian aperitivi, we aim to create laid-back, cocktail fuelled environments in cosy neighbourhood restaurants all over London.
Our pasta is made fresh every morning using Italian flour, eggs, and semolina. All of our sauces are made from the highest quality produce from local UK farmers.
